Join creators, brands and agencies for an honest conversation on diversity, representation and building a more inclusive creator economy.
About this Event

The conversation is happening. Now it's time for action.

The creator economy has never been more influential, yet many of the conversations around diversity, representation and inclusion still stop at good intentions.
Collective Influence is a new event series from FARQ, created to bring together creators, brands, agencies and industry leaders to have honest conversations about the changes our industry still needs to make - and, more importantly, how we make them happen.

This isn't another panel where diversity is discussed and then forgotten.

It's an opportunity to challenge existing thinking, share experiences, learn from one another and identify practical actions that can help build a creator economy where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

And there are only 50 spots.

What we'll be discussing:

FARQ's first Collective Influence event will focus on diversity and representation across the creator industry.

Together we'll explore questions including:

  • How do we ensure talent discovery reaches creators from every background?
  • Are brands looking beyond the same networks when casting campaigns?
  • What barriers still exist for underrepresented creators?
  • How do we better protect creators who face disproportionate online abuse?
  • What contractual changes could offer greater protection?
  • What does genuinely inclusive campaign planning look like in practice?
  • How do we move from talking about inclusion to embedding it into everyday decisions?

Rather than pretending to have all the answers, we're creating a space where different perspectives can come together to help shape them.

Who should attend?

This event is for anyone passionate about creating a better creator economy, including:

  • Creators and influencers
  • Brand marketers
  • Social and influencer marketing teams
  • Talent agencies and managers
  • PR and communications professionals
  • Creator economy platforms

Whether you're already driving change or simply want to learn more, your perspective matters.

Why attend?

You'll leave with:

  • Practical ideas you can implement within your own business or campaigns
  • Honest conversations from people working across every part of the creator ecosystem
  • New connections with others who care about improving the industry
  • The opportunity to help shape future Collective Influence initiatives
