Collab Crafters: Engineer Stage
Build, design, test and improve
Our Saturday morning Minecraft Education club is back for Term 2, and this stage is all about making things that actually work. Children move on from building to engineering: doors that open, lifts that carry you up, traps, bridges, and contraptions that need testing and fixing before they do what they're supposed to. It's problem solving disguised as brilliant fun.
Every session is planned and led by a qualified primary teacher. We work in small groups of up to ten, all laptops and Minecraft Education licences are provided, and children of every ability are welcome. There's a short taught input at the start, plenty of building time, then a chance to look at what everyone else has made.
You don't need to have done Term 1. Each stage stands on its own, so this is a perfect place to start.
