The NC General Assembly recently approved $9 million in SFY27 state funding to restart services for the Healthy Opportunities Pilot. Along with leveraging federal match bringing the total to $25 million, the state is working to determine how to best use the Healthy Opportunities Pilot resources to provide health-related social needs services to a subset of Medicaid members meeting specific eligibility requirements.
