Pretty Vacant at The RadicalStep behind the bar at Pretty Vacant for an in-depth, two-hour dive into the architecture of a perfect drink. Led by our Bar Manager, Anderson Riddle, this class strips away the fluff to focus on the history, balance, and creative connections of specific spirits. We're starting with a deep look into whiskey — mastering three distinct builds paired with a curated snack. This isn't just a recipe follow-along; it's a hands-on study of the pour that gives you the tools to create balanced, tasteful drinks in any environment.
$125 per person | Includes 3 cocktails and 1 snack
