Come join in the Coaches & Counselors Chat Club!
Coaches Colleen Newvine and Eric Fretz host Chat Club as the perfect space to share ideas, swap stories and grow together. Take a break from your screen for the evening and connect with others IRL.
Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro, grab a drink and snack and jump into insightful conversations with folks who get it.
We'll set up easy, structured introductions so you'll get to meet everyone in the room, and we'll facilitate a conversation asking you questions such as:
- How does your prior work experience inform who you are as a coach?
- Who is your ideal coaching client?
- Is there such a thing as an "uncoachable" client?
- What is the difference between coaching, consulting and therapy?
- What is one specific question or request you'd like to share with peer coaches?
We host speakers at our monthly morning meetings, while these evening gatherings are more social, primarily about conversation among coaches. If you're an introvert, don't worry -- we often have newcomers and we will make it easy to participate.
We will provide snacks and beverages based on our RSVP count. You are welcome to bring your own, if you have a favorite.

Eric will host this informal social gathering in his home on the east side of Ann Arbor. You'll get the address after you register. Look for a confirmation email with directions.
