A day dedicated to advancing integrated care and improving outcomes, for people with the co-occurring conditions of substance use and mental health challenges. Come along and hear from partner agencies and service users.
Morning session – Speakers – with lived experience and services who work closely with this client group
Afternoon session – Music performance from ‘Music Prescription’, interactive workshop sessions exploring how we as a treatment system can work together to ensure there is integrated high-quality service provision for the people we support.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided, Please make us aware of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
