About this Event
You didn't become an artist to spend your days managing emails, chasing content deadlines, and drafting proposals. But here we are.
This is a practical, hands-on introduction (back by popular demand) to Claude projects — an AI tool that can take care of the admin eating into your studio time, so you can get back to the work that actually matters.
No tech background needed. No jargon. Just real workflows built around problems artists actually face.
In this 2-hour session you'll learn how to:
- Manage your inbox — handle enquiries, follow-ups, and client emails in minutes
- Systemise your content — build a simple content strategy and repurpose what you already have
- Write proposals — generate polished, on-brand proposals without starting from scratch every time
What you'll take away:
Every participant receives a Claude Basics Pack — a ready-to-use Claude Project set up specifically for your creative practice including data privacy and security — what you need to know about using AI safely with client data, what not to share, and how to protect your practice, so you can hit the ground running the moment you leave the room.
Spots are limited — book early to avoid missing out.

Workshop Facilitator
Jing is an acrylic artist based at Wimbledon Art Studios, working across art practice, wellness, and AI systems for creatives.
Through her studio practice she runs Workshops for Wellness — creativity workshops designed to help people unwind and unlock creativity through colour studies.
After spending a year studying IBM AI engineering (currently finishing and advancing to IBM AI Agents, she began building Claude-powered admin systems for her own practice and then for other creative and small businesses. That work became Intro AI for Creatives, a Beehiiv teaching artists and creative businesses how to use AI to reclaim their studio time.
