A festive assortment of sweet tamales:

Charred corn esquites and shrimp tacos finished with a chipotle-lime dressing.

Traditional albóndigas made with ground beef and rice, simmered with carrots and potatoes.
Vegan option: Puchero prepared with vegetable stock, potatoes, carrots, plantano macha.
