CJC presents two emerging band leaders: Shane Warman & David Fromont. Shane Warman Quintet
Shane Warman is an Auckland based saxophonist and composer, and his quintet will be presenting a series of Shane’s original compositions.
Inspired by prominent composers such as Robert Glasper, Kenny Garrett and Wayne Shorter, these compositions aim to explore the imagery of different aspects of the natural world, building off a wide range of contemporary harmonic ideas.
