About this Event
Challenging the assumptions you’ve lived by;
The way you make decisions is shaped not just by experience and training, but by your identity, your cultural background, and the assumptions you have been carrying — often unexamined — for years.
This day - the first in a series of 4 - will gives you the time, structure, and the right questions to look at those assumptions honestly. You will not be given frameworks or told what good leadership looks like. Instead, you will be given the conditions to think a genuinely difficult question through — properly, perhaps for the first time in a while.
Led by Lou Miller and Dr Arndt Melzer — accredited coaches and Thinking Environment facilitators, with experience across the NHS, Qantas, ADAC Luftrettung HEMS, LOCOG, and international organisations.
