About this Event
Join us on 25 November '26 at Kent Business School’s Sibson Building in Canterbury for a Circular South East stakeholder event. Delivered by the Circular South East team (TTB CircularIT, Kent County Council and Claire Potter Design), the day is for businesses and organisations across Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
Two years into the Circular South East project, we’ll share what has been achieved, showcase case studies of the work under way, and bring the business community together to find practical, local ways to keep valuable resources in use.
Agenda
- Welcome and introductions
- National circular economy update
- Case studies: what’s happening across the region
- United Circles programme update, including regional mapping
- Lunch & refreshments (provided)
- Workshop: material matching, industrial symbiosis & circular economy - exploring opportunties for connections & collaboration
- Networking
Why attend?
The afternoon workshop is a chance to scope real resource exchanges in person. Through a rapid matchmaking session, we’ll link the “haves” with the “needs”, both among the organisations in the room and those held across our wider networks. The aim is to make better use of valuable resources within our local economy and unlock the wider benefits that come with it.
You’ll also hear about the support available to businesses across a range of sectors and meet others working on circular economy opportunities across the region.
More information & engagement events, case studies, and learning & training opportunities will follow throughout the project. Visit circularsoutheast.uk and sign up to the stakeholder list to stay informed.
