Cincy Ecstatic Dance Flow

Overview:

Join us every 3rd Friday from 8-10 pm for a transformational ecstatic dance experience! The journey begins with an opening ceremony, followed by a live dj set with high-vibrational dance music of various genres, and ending with a relaxing sound bath session and closing circle.

Admission:

Pay what you can admission ($10-30). All ages 6+ are welcome. Ages 6-15 require a parent to be present. You may also pay at the door if there are spots available (cash, venmo, cashapp, or apple pay).

Info: To start the experience, we will gather together to set intentions, connect with each other, and create a safe, supportive space. We will then do some light stretching and tune into our bodies and energy before the dance begins.

Info: The music in ecstatic dance is carefully curated to guide your journey, following a wave-like flow. It begins with gentle, meditative sounds to help you ground, gradually builds to energizing beats for expressive movement, reaches a climactic peak, and then softens into soothing melodies along with a sound bath for reflection and integration. It’s designed to support your connection to body, mind, and spirit.
