何が私たちを動かすのか？ 〛
イレーヌは問いかけます。
・何が私達を動かしているのか?
・ダンスはどこから始まるのでしょうか？
・踊っているのは私たちなのか？
それともダンスに踊らされているのか？
・動いているのは私たちなのか？
それとも周囲からの反響なのか？
・身体の中には何が隠されているのでしょうか？
忘我の瞬間は
「第三の存在」に身を委ね
包摂性を抱きしめる
今この瞬間に湧き上がるものを自由に探求し、空間に満ちる集合的なエネルギーに身を任せていきます。
絶えず移り変わるこのプロセスは
「なりゆく」ものであり
新たな領域や道筋が浮かび上がってくるでしょう。
いつも「間」にあり
始まりも終わりもないこの体験は
私たちをどこかへと導く
内側と外側のつながりを呼吸し
皮膚の下にあるものを感知し
タッチに反応して変化する身体の響き
目に見えない対話を築き
思考をマインドフルネスへと導いていきます。
何が起こるかを予期することなく、コンタクト・インプロヴィゼーションの枠組みの中、安全な環境で身体の可能性を探求しましょう。

・常に起きている絶え間ない変化に、私たちを取り巻く多様性に、どうすれば向き合えるのでしょうか？
・他者と接触した際に生じる予測不能の不均衡に私達はどの様に応じるのでしょうか？

◯自己に正直でありつつ世界を信頼しリスクを冒す勇気を持った時、重力に身を委ねてみると、私達の重さが安定と確信をもたらすことが分かる。その気づきを得ると、私達の身体世界に可能性が拡がり始め、より一層ダンスを楽しむことができるようになるでしょう。
◯好奇心をもって発見と信頼の喜びを分かち合います。
◯イメージ、感覚、そしてツールを用いて、楽しみながら、無理に押し付けずに、動きが私たちの間を流れるようにします。

bio 〜イレーヌ・ポンス〜
カタルーニャ出身のマルティ・アーティスト
ポルトガルを拠点とするコミュニティ、身体性の探求に専念する自然の中の生活空間「SerVivo」で、現在ファシリテーター兼オーガナイザーを務めています。他にもマレーシア、タイ、フランス、スペインなど世界各地でダンス・インテンシブを主謀、ボディワークの講座を企画しています。
彼女の活動は主に、コンタクト・インプロヴィゼーション、ボディ・ウェザー、オーセンティック・ムーブメント、アクシス・シラバスからインスピレーションを受け、生体力学への理解を深めるとともに、ダンスに対する安全で有機的なアプローチをどのように体現できるかを探求し続けています。
イレーヌはボディワーク、また視覚芸術家として、ドキュメンタリー、写真、ビデオアートのプロジェクトにも取り組んでいます。
イレーヌの興味は幅広くダンス、身体、そして自然と深く結びついています。
2020−2023年
タイの「Towards—An Open Institute of Embodied Arts and Transformative Learning」でのレジデンシーを通じて、ＣＩの実践を深めました。
カースティ・シムソン、ドロレス・デューハースト＝マークス、サーシャ・ドド、カティア・バサラエヴァといった教師たちとの出会いと学びは、彼女のダンスに対する視野と理解を広げ、ダンスにさらなる命を吹き込みました。

Program A :
What makes us move?
Where does the dance start?
Is it us dancing, or are we being danced by the dance?
Is it us moving, or is it the echo of what surrounds us?
What is hidden in the body?
This is an invitation to break patterns and find more creativity in our dance through touch and a new imaginary.
We will invite the ego to dissolve, freeing us to explore what arises in the present moment and to be moved by the “third entity,” being inclusive and feeling the collective in the space.
Constantly in transition, our process will be one of “becoming,” allowing new territories and paths to appear. Always in between, with no beginning or end, the experience will take us somewhere, breathing and feeling the link between inside and outside.
Sensing what is under the skin and listening to the tone of bodies changing in response to touch, we will establish invisible dialogues together and guide our thinking into attention.
Let's explore together freshly Contact Improvisation without anticipating what is going to happen.
Program B :
Crossing States
I invite you to share a space where silence becomes the foundation of our connections, where listening becomes the source of the movement that springs from our bodies.
Not everything is visible. How can we open ourselves to portals and worlds that are present yet invisible? How can we allow the forces around us to help us navigate and cross these worlds? How can we adapt to the constant change we are exposed to? To the diversity that surrounds us?
We will cultivate a state of presence, vulnerability and trust that will allow us to dare to be honest and take risks, to give weight and enjoy the imbalance we encounter when we come into contact with others and with gravity.
With no possibility of error, between sky and earth, we will explore the qualities of a liquid body, a porous body, a grounded body that is permeable to change. Through images, sensations and tools, we will share and enjoy the practice of Contact Improvisation with trust and curiosity, allowing movement to pass through us without forcing it. A space to explore, play and discover new ways of relating to one another.
About Irene Pons
Irene is part of SerVivo, a community and cooperative based in Portugal, a living space in nature dedicated to somatic practices where she is currently involved as a facilitator and organiser. She also shares dance intensives abroad, as she has done in Malaysia, Thailand, France and Spain. Her work is mainly inspired by Contact Improvisation, Body Weather, Authentic Movement and Axis Syllabus.
For three years, she deepened her dance practice through residencies with Towards – An Open Institute of Embodied Arts and Transformative Learning in Thailand. Meeting and studying with teachers such as Kirstie Simson, Dolores Dewhurst-Marks, Sasha Dodo and Katya Basalaeva expanded her vision and understanding of dance, bringing it even more to life. In parallel, she has also been studying Axis Syllabus to deepen her understanding of biomechanics and explore how to embody a safe and organic approach to dance.
Beyond her passion for dance, she is also a bodyworker and a visual artist, working in documentaries, photography and video art projects, always connected to dance, movement and nature.
