About this Event

Chromonyasa Toning (Group Vocal Toning/Chanting)

Chromonyasa Toning, a Kin Unified Institute technique, is a guided vocal practice that combines breath, vocal activation, seed sound toning, and visual meditation to move through the body's seven energy centers, using the voice as an instrument for releasing stored tension and emotion:

  • Grounded Posture & Intention: Participants settle into a seated or standing posture and set a personal intention to prepare the body as a resonant container.
  • Breath & Visual Meditation: Focused breathing and guided visualization draw attention inward, down-regulating the nervous system and cultivating internal awareness.
  • Vocal Activation: Gentle warm-ups—lip trills, yawning sighs, and sustained vowel sounding—open the throat and attune participants to the vibrations moving through the body.
  • Chakra Toning: Placing hands on each energy center (Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown), participants channel emerging sensations and emotions upward from the belly to the voice—applying each chakra's seed sound for release and realignment.

It is suggested you bring a mat and dress comfortable.
