Chromonyasa Sound Bath

Chromonyasa Soundbath is a 60 minute multi-instrument sound meditation that leverages rhythm, entrainment, resonance, harmonics, and targeted sound frequencies to align with different brain wave states. This sound bath maximizes Chakra Healing potential, effectively reduces stress, and restores balance to the nervous system.

Donna will offer vocal toning through the Chakras to assist with alignment.

It is suggested you bring a yoga mat, blanket, and any other comfort items that will support you laying down for a period of time.
