BNT Christmas Lights Wellbeing Walk 🎄✨
Join us for a magical evening of festive lights, movement, and community connection in the heart of London. This special Christmas wellbeing walk is the perfect way to slow down, soak in the season, and connect with like-minded people in a warm and uplifting atmosphere.
We’ll explore some of London’s most iconic Christmas displays, from the stunning windows of Selfridges Oxford Streetto the beautifully lit streets of Regent Street, finishing in the festive charm of Covent Garden. Expect a relaxed, feel-good evening filled with twinkling lights, meaningful conversations, and plenty of photo-worthy moments along the way.
Whether you’re looking to boost your mood, enjoy the festive scenery, or simply meet new people, this walk is for you. We’re all about good vibes, positive energy, and creating genuine connections.

Meeting Time: 5:00pm
Walk Starts: 5:15pm
Optional Christmas Meal: 7:15pm (location TBC)

Walk + Christmas Meal: £30
The Route
The walk is 3.2 miles (5 kilometres), and will visit iconic London streets and the best Christmas lights and decorations. Depending on your pace and how busy the area will be, it will take about 1-2 hours long
This festive route takes you through Central London’s most iconic Christmas displays, including:
- Selfridges Oxford Street
- New Bond Street
- Annabel’s
- Burlington Arcade & Fortnum & Mason
- Regent Street
- Liberty London
- Carnaby Street
- Piccadilly Circus
- Leicester Square
- Trafalgar Square
- Covent Garden
Please note: As this route passes through some of the busiest areas in London during peak festive season, we’ll take our time to enjoy the atmosphere, lights, and surroundings. If you have any questions about this walk or you will be bringing a dog please ensure they remain on leads and email us asap to inform us at [email protected] that you are bringing your dog.

By choosing to join us for a BNT Wellbeing Walk, you understand and agree that
your participation is entirely at your own risk.
BNT, its organisers, and its volunteers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or
injury to you or your personal property that may occur before, during, or after the
walk. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, accidents, or any unforeseen circumstances.
We encourage you to assess your own physical fitness and ensure you are adequately prepared for the walk.
All donation tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer make the walk, please
let us know asap and cancel your ticket.
REFUND AND TICKET TRANSFER DISCLAIMER-
We do not allow ticket transfers,if you can no longer make an event please request a ticket cancellation from your order confirmation email or email Niketa at [email protected] at your earliest inconvenience. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 7 days or less of the event date.
