About this Event
Instituto Cervantes and ILAMS - Echoes Festival invites you to join a spectacular evening of Christmas choral music from across the Anglo-Hispanic world.
Our resident artist collective, Echoes Ensemble, presents the Nativity story, told through an eclectic programme of sacred and secular music spanning centuries, continents and traditions. From timeless Medieval favourites and exquisite gems of Renaissance polyphony to much-loved film music, the best of the British 20th-century choral tradition, and the irresistible rhythms of Christmas music from Spain, Cuba, Venezuela, Mexico, Ecuador and Argentina, this is a musical celebration guaranteed to stir the soul and have you swaying in your seat!
The perfect way to welcome December and immerse yourself in the magic of the festive season!
