✨ Take a Break from the Christmas Busyness ✨Tuesday 29th December | Clarity Sound Therapy
Locking Village.
Christmas is a wonderful time of year, but it can also be one of the busiest!
Between work, Christmas preparations, family gatherings and the excitement of the festive season, it's easy to forget to take a moment for yourself.
The 29th December is the perfect opportunity to pause.
With many of us enjoying a break from work and our usual routines, why not take a break from the busyness too?
Join us for a deeply relaxing sound bath, where you can leave the Christmas chaos behind, switch off from everyday demands and enjoy an hour dedicated entirely to you.
Settle into a comfortable space and allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, a gong and other therapeutic instruments to help you unwind, release tension and enjoy some much-needed rest.
No rushing. No expectations. No to-do lists. Just time for you.
Whether you need a little peace after a busy Christmas or simply want to make the most of your time off, this is your invitation to slow down and recharge before the New Year.
Come Along, Just as You Are 🤎
Whether you come alone, bring a friend or enjoy the experience with a family member, everyone is warmly welcome.
If you've never attended a sound bath before, please don't feel nervous! There is absolutely no expectation of you other than to simply arrive, show up, lie down and allow yourself to relax.
Everyone experiences sound baths differently, and there is no right or wrong way to enjoy your session. You don't need any previous experience, and there's nothing you need to achieve. This is your time, just for you.
If you have any questions, concerns or anything you'd like to discuss beforehand, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I'm always happy to help! x
