This year Charabanc is staying local with what I believe is a good deal.Thornbridge Hall, near Bakewell
Its local but really hard to get there without a car, and it is offering all you need for an excellent Christmassy outing.
It includes
· In small groups, just our u3a, Christmas House Guided Tour, with the house shimmering in Christmas glory, including 15’ Christmas trees
· A mince pie and mulled wine
· Garden entry (it is good to stroll in a winter garden with its Festive Garden trail)
· Access to the 50 stalls Christmas Market
Relax, chat and laugh as Golden Green drive us there then drop us by the hall, no car parking space to find, or short but steep road to reach the action.
Enjoy sampling the Christmas goodies and buying that hard to find present or just treat yourself.
