About this Event
Join us for a Christmas gathering with the CAIM girls - an afternoon of movement, prayer, and connection. We’ll begin with prayer and a moment to reflect on the season, then move through a mat sculpt class in a welcoming, encouraging space.
After class, stay awhile to explore our vendors, meet other women, and enjoy a little Christmas cheer. Whether this is your first workout or movement is already part of your routine, you’re welcome here. All fitness levels are welcome!
