Held every Saturday at 10AM, this one-of-a-kind experience bridges primal movement, qi gong, grounding practices, form and stance work, balance, and meditative flow. Led by Florida native and embodiment guide Corey Mills, it's designed to awaken your body, clear your mind, and bring you back to the present moment - in rhythm with the land.

Expect deep presence, gentle power, and dynamic movement. Come as you are. All levels welcome.
