About this class:
Learn about chocolate making and its unique properties!!
There will be toppings for chocolates and will be changing according to the season.
You will start by learning the basics of chocolate bar making, doing the tempering and pouring into the molds. You'll then continue to make 2 - 6 bars of your own depending on the mold, which you can then take home to enjoy. Guests will choose between making dark chocolate bars, milk chocolate and white chocolate bars. All supplies provided and no prior experience needed!
NOTE: Please make sure you don't have any allergies to ingredients before handling or ingesting anything involved in the experience. Those with serious food allergies should not attend.

- Age Level: 13+
- Skill Level: Beginner
- Aprons, supplies and tools are provided for use during class
- Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
- Class will run approximately 2 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
