Discover a taste of Chengdu’s vibrant cocktail culture as MO BAR Singapore welcomes Chinese Room for a one-night-only guest shift. Taking over the bar are guest bartenders Yang Shuai and Zi Qin, bringing their distinctive East-meets-West approach to mixology through inventive interpretations of classic cocktails.
Priced at S$27++ each, the four exclusive creations spotlight unexpected flavour combinations, from the floral and fruity Hexi Corridor, featuring apricot, rose and peach, to the Yuanyang Coffee Martini, blending bourbon with Da Hong Pao tea, coffee and fig. For more adventurous palates, the Southeast Guizhou Sour Soup offers a savoury twist with mezcal, Guizhou red sour soup and beef broth, while Emblica & Jasmine brings together gin, jasmine tea, yuzu and bitter melon.
