• Navigating Birth Plans: Crafting a flexible plan that reflects your needs and preferences
• Inductions and Augmentations: Understanding your options and various interventions
• Cesarean Awareness: What to know in case of a cesarean birth.
• Postpartum Prep: Adjusting to life with your new baby, postpartum body changes, perinatal mental health awareness, and healing.
