I’m rethinking a GM+ tournament…I’ll build it, if you will come. Six GM+ divisions (6-team divisions for GM, GGM, GMX, GGMX, GMW/GGMW, and 12 teams for Legends). For 30 or 40+ years, we’ve been going to tournaments…arrive Friday night (or Saturday morning), warm up, play, shower, grab dinner, maybe win the party, go to sleep, get up Sunday and repeat, return rental (if flying), get on a plane, and head home.
I think we are all old enough, let’s treat ourselves to a three day tournament, spend an extra day in Chicago, see the city, play early or play late, and explore the city, with your teammates, kids, and significant others…
