CHEW ON IT
Monthly Potluck Conversations for Curious Humans
Some thoughts need more than a social media post.
Some questions deserve more than a quick answer.
Chew On It is a monthly community gathering where we slow down, share food, share perspectives, and explore a topic that touches everyday life.
No lectures.
No experts.
No pressure to have the "right" answer.
Just people around a table, bringing a dish to share and a willingness to be curious.
Each gathering begins with a short grounding & breathwork practice before we dive into conversation.
