The purpose of the Cherokee Neighborhood Information Fair is to provide Cherokee neighborhood residents with easy access to important community resources, information, and services. The program will bring together local health, cancer support, legal assistance, financial services, Medicare and Medicaid assistance, and social work resources in one convenient location.This event is designed to help residents, particularly seniors and their families, learn about available services, ask questions, and connect directly with professionals who can assist them with their individual needs.
The Information Fair will also provide opportunities for community engagement through games, free gifts, and fellowship. By bringing community partners and residents together, the Cherokee Library hopes to strengthen connections, increase awareness of available resources, and support the overall well-being of the neighborhood.
