Cheese Making Class: Mozzarella & Burrata
Join us at Christianson’s Nursery on November 4, 2026 at 11:00 AM for a fun, hands-on cheesemaking workshop.
You’ll learn how to craft fresh mozzarella and burrata cheese from scratch. Whether you’re a cheese lover or simply cheese-curious, you’ll learn the basics of cheesemaking while making, tasting, and enjoying locally made cheeses from Whatcom and Skagit Counties.
About the Instructor
Marisa Papetti has been teaching cooking classes internationally for a decade. She is a beekeeper and the owner of Marie’s Bees and PNW Artisan Marketplace, held at Christianson’s Nursery during the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. She looks forward to meeting you in person.
