Guests will enjoy a curated selection of dishes crafted by students from NCTA’s Culinary program, each featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients that highlight the flavors of the season and the spirit of farm-to-table dining. The evening will conclude with a dessert thoughtfully created by students from NCTA’s Baking & Pastry program, celebrating the warmth and flavors of the harvest season.
The Money & Business students will also play a key role in the event, partnering with local farms and community sponsors to spotlight their stories and provide exclusive event merchandise that commemorates the evening.
