THE GATHERIN’ – WHERE RODEO MEETS COMMUNITY!In 1995, 400 people came together for our very first dinner and dance. More than 30 years later, The Gatherin’ has grown into a tradition built on friendship, generosity, and a community that shows up when it matters most.
Join us Friday, December 18th, at the Billings Hotel & Convention Center for a night of celebration with some of the top rodeo contestants and personnel in the world. But The Gatherin’ is about so much more than good food, great company, and cowboy spirit. It’s about helping our neighbors when life takes an unexpected turn.
For 31 years, the Chase Hawks Community Crisis Fund has helped local families navigate some of life’s most difficult moments. Behind every family helped is a community that cared enough to step up. Behind every dollar raised is the possibility of making a difference when someone needs it most.
That’s what makes The Gatherin’ special. We aren’t just gathering to celebrate rodeo. We’re gathering to take care of our own.
Whether you’re catching up with old friends, meeting new ones, participating in the Calcutta, or raising your number in the live auction, every part of the evening helps support the mission that started it all. Our generous sponsors make this night possible, providing tables, welcoming contestants and rodeo personnel, and helping bring our rodeo family together.
Here’s the evening’s lineup:
4:30 PM – No-host cocktails
6:15 PM – Dinner is served
8:00 PM – Program, Calcutta & Live Auction
Come dressed in your favorite Western wear, ready to enjoy a memorable evening and be part of something bigger than yourself.
