Join us on Sunday, Friday 27th November, for a night of local independent acoustic music. We have three local acts based in East Anglia and Southampton-based alternative musician Charlie Smith. Expect a night of raw acoustic tunes at a super intimate venue.This event is part of the 'When I grow up I don't want to be anything at all' tour. Celebrating the release of the second album by alternative artist Charlie Smith. The tour seeks to promote local grassroots music, not only by featuring talented musicians but also by fundraising for the music venue trust. Charlie Smith will be donating £1 for every album and T-shirt sale to support the vital work that they do. Thanks in advance for your support.

Charlie Smith
My name might be common, but my style is alternative. I’m Charlie Smith, a singer-songwriter from Romsey, Hampshire. I perform solo and have experience playing and hosting my own independent shows at venues such as The Railway Inn, Flack Manor Brewery, and The Platform Tavern. I am super passionate about grassroots music and regularly participate in action to grow my local scene. Fiercely independent, I record and produce all my music with a true DIY ethos. In April, I hosted six gigs in England as part of my music venue trust fundraiser tour. I managed to fundraise £575, including events in Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool & Leicester.
Retro Firefly
Retro Firefly is an indie-folk artist from Lowestoft who specialises in writing emotional songs that are gentle, thoughtful and catchy. She frequently finds inspiration in nature and her upbringing along the Suffolk Coast, as well as regularly writing about sorrow and the transience of life. Her music is for tender souls who feel deeply.
TINY giant
3 guys from Norfolk with 3 guitars and a genuine passion for writing and performing. With 25 years of hook-laden melodic rock and a publishing deal behind them, they deliver a show which you'll be talking about well beyond the journey home.That was a great night... That was TINY giant.
Ewan Martin
A well-cemented singer-songwriter in the Norwich music scene, Ewan Martin blends raspy vocals and subtle melodies to highlight his eclectic influences. Never afraid to be a little “on the nose” with his mental health themed songs, while trying to implement a unique perspective. Stories that lead to a warm feeling of hope, it’s all about the journey that he has no intention of giving up on.
