What is Changing the Narrative Full Day Healing Retreat?
This experience is the work of exploring if we're operating out of our peace or our pain!
Rewrite YOUR story! No longer living as a creature of habit, become the creator. Your past does not define you. Join us in engaging in wellness activities such as mindful movement and meditation. Allow the aromas of Earth-based scents to cleanse your Aura and Energy Field. Purify with our most sacred element, WATER! Spend time in silent meditation.
Using a storytelling approach, participants will engage in a transformative experience through the healing power of writing, drawing, sound, or movement to release unhelpful stories out of the body.
What's Included:
- Journal, Creative Supplies, Mat to move on
- Lunch, Snacks, Water, Hot Tea
What you need/can bring:
- Openness and honesty
- Agreement to use incense and water cleansing
- Agreement in using sound, color, crystals, or other nature-based healing tools
- Voice recording device [if you prefer to use voice to engage]
- Something to write with
- Wear very loose or comfortable clothing
- Any comforts or Medic*tion you may need for the day
- A pillow or blanket if you wish for additional comfort

We are excited to provide you with this 6 hr experience for only $150—limited space. Lunch will be included, along with snacks and refreshments.
