About this Event
Last year, people said this was their best event of 2023. When you attend, you will know what they meant... so get your ticket and be sure to SHOW UP!
Join us on the 29th November for our annual conference and second instalment of 'CHANGE, NOT CAMPAIGNS.'
At the event, you will not only hear about the amazing work that colleagues and organisations working with TRIUMPH have been developing throughout 2024 to tackle inequity, you will also learn about the ways for you and your organisation(s) to play a key role moving forwards!
Following on from last year, we will have another progressive panel discussion, made up of guests all with lived experience and / or working to drive the change we want to see. They will be breaking down the practical actions, commitments and benefits that come when we support proven solutions that are designed to create equity.
The subject of conversation will be: how does your identity and/or the riots of August influence your commitment to equity?
Attendees will then have a chance to discuss the topic in small groups and help shape a shared set of recommendations. Co-production at its finest!
This event is for:
- Leaders of youth organisations that want to ensure their organisation plays its part in improving the sector whilst becoming more equitable and inclusive itself.
- Youth workers, practitioners, operational team members and support staff that want to ensure their own teams and practise are equitable.
- Funders, infrastructure organisations and local authority colleagues that want to ensure they are using their resources and influence to create equity in the sector.
We would like to thank the Paul Hamlyn Foundation for their ongoing support.
