Join Change for FiveHundred, in partnership with Shields-Reid Community Center, for our 2026 Holiday Toy Giveaway supporting up to 500 children and teens ages 0–17 from North Richmond, Richmond, West Contra Costa County and surrounding communities.

REGISTRATION — BOTH STEPS REQUIRED
1. Reserve ONE FREE Eventbrite ticket for EACH child. Select the number of tickets matching the number of children attending.
2. After reserving tickets, complete ONE Google Form for your family, listing ALL participating children and your Eventbrite order number(s):

WHAT TO BRING TO CHECK-IN
ALL registered children MUST attend in person to receive gifts. The registering parent/legal guardian must attend and bring Eventbrite tickets, photo ID and documentation for EACH child showing the parent/guardian relationship.
Accepted proof: birth certificate naming the parent; court-issued custody, guardianship or adoption document; official foster-placement document; or school enrollment/immunization record explicitly listing the adult as parent/guardian. An emergency-contact listing alone is insufficient. Originals, readable copies or clear phone images are accepted. Documents are inspected at check-in without collecting or photographing them. Do not upload or email documents. Contact us before the event about missing documents or name differences.
Gifts depend on inventory and event capacity. Registration does not guarantee a specific toy, brand, item or monetary value.
