We will be taking a deep dive into the rich history of Champagne, exploring the region, its unique soils, and the remarkable winemaking methods that have made it the world's most celebrated sparkling wine. Uncover how terroir, climate, grape varieties, and generations of craftsmanship combine to create wines of exceptional complexity and prestige. Along the way, three world-famous Prestige Cuvées and three lesser-known but highly sought-after collector-favourite houses will be poured, offering a rare opportunity to compare styles, philosophies, and expressions of this iconic region.
