About this Event
What if you took some time to slow down, reconnect with nature, restore your energy, and meet some of the people who live around you?
Neighbours in Nature is a free, welcoming gathering created to support connection, wellbeing, and a stronger sense of community.
We'll begin with grounding exercises and a guided meditation, followed by a quiet written reflection.
After the guided portion, we'll gather for light snacks and refreshments. This is a relaxed opportunity to chat, mingle, and connect with other members of the community.
No previous meditation experience is necessary. Come as you are and with an open heart.
What to bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat, cushion, camping chair, or anything else that will make you comfortable sitting outdoors.
🌧️ Rain or shine:
This is an outdoor gathering and will take place rain or shine. Please dress accordingly and come prepared to spend time outdoors.
If weather conditions are severe or unsafe, I will communicate any changes to registered participants.
