Experience a journey of self‑discovery and fun through movement, sound, and dance with Chakra Dancing, a free‑flow workout for the mind, body, and soul. We all vibrate at different frequencies, each linked to specific areas of the body. You’ll be guided to dance through each chakra, freeing energy blockages and promoting physical, mental, and emotional release.
Ground your energy and let go of stress and emotion as you balance the seven energy centres along the spine. By stimulating the natural flow of energy through the chakras, this dance leads to inner harmony and wellbeing, a workout from the inside out!
This liberating class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Participants are encouraged to take a seat at any stage during the class if their body needs to take a rest.
