About this Event

Chakra Balancing Workshop: Movement, Mindfulness, Toning & Reiki

Join me on Saturday, October 24, from 12:30–2:30 PM for an experiential journey through the chakra centers—a space to slow down, connect with your body, and explore what’s asking for your attention.

In this workshop, we’ll use the chakra system as a framework for self-awareness. Through guided practices, you’ll have space to notice what’s present in your mind, body, and spirit and explore what greater balance might feel like for you.

What to expect:

  • Yoga-based movement to connect with your body and explore each energy center.
  • Vocal toning using the traditional chakra seed mantras as a way to bring awareness to each energy center through your own voice.
  • Guided meditations and mindful awareness to tune inward and notice sensations, emotions, and patterns.
  • A gentle Reiki send-off to close our time together with rest and integration.

This offering grew out of my own chakra balancing journey, bringing together personal insights and practices that I’m excited to share with you.

No prior experience with yoga, chakras, or vocal toning is needed. You’ll be invited to move and participate in ways that feel comfortable for you, with room to modify, pause, or simply observe.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and rest, and bring water.

Facilitated by Sam Kasmer, founder of Embodied Resonance.
