In this class, you’ll be guided through a gentle chakra visualization meditation, awakening each of the seven chakras with intention, color, and awareness. As you focus on these centers of energy, crystal bowls, chimes, and resonant tones tuned to the frequencies of the chakras will wash over you, inviting balance and flow.

This class is offered in a warm, comfortable room with an extra cushy yoga mat, bolster, blanket, and blocks provided for your support. Once settled, I gently walk you into a state of calm with guided words and healing quartz crystal singing bowl vibrations that allow you to drift into bliss.
Bring a water bottle and any additional supportive props you like. We delight in wearing cozy socks and eye masks. Noise reducing earplugs help soothe sensitive ears.
