
About this Event
Chair Yoga is an exercise program for seniors or anyone with health challenges. Using chair support, Cher Ladford shows participants how to move through a series of seated and standing yoga and stretching poses designed to increase flexibility, range of movement and balance.
Cher has over 5 years of chair yoga teaching experience and has specialized in a healing trauma-informed approach to her yoga teachings for the past 12 years.
