About this Event
Seedlings is a nature-based earlychildhood playgroup for children ages 5 and under and a caregiver (parent/guardian, grandparent, childcare provider). Seedlings events are held at CEI's Freetown Farm (Columbia) OR Green Farmacy Garden (Fulton) locations.
We ask older siblings to be otherwise occupied so we can focus on the unique play and exploration needs of the very young; kiddos who are enrolled when they are five are able to complete a full yearlong cycle with us, even after their 6th birthday!

Winter/Spring Sunday Cohort begins March 1 (6 Sundays)
Winter Friday Mini-Cohort begins March 6 (3 Fridays)
Spring Friday Cohort begins April 10 (7 Fridays)
Summer Sunday Cohort begins June 7 (7 Sundays)
Autumn Sunday Cohort begins September 20 (7 Sundays)
Autumn Friday Cohort begins September 25 (7 Fridays)
To select a Cohort membership in Eventbrite:
Click the orange availability button, then select the cohort start date (eg. Sunday, March 1st) and the time; you will then see the whole cohort as an option to purchase.
Inidividual dates available for purchase:
Fridays: 03/06, 05/22
Sundays: 04/12; all summer Sundays (06/07, 06/14, 06/21, 06/28, 07/12, 07/19, 07/26)
If your selection is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be offered at least one make up date.
To select a single Seedlings date in Eventbrite:
Click the orange availability button, then select the date (eg. Friday, March 6th) and the time (even though there is only one time option).
If you are interested in a custom built summer schedule (more than two dates) please email us and we will create a custom 'ticket' for you so that you do not have to register multiple times; you will receive a slight discount.
Cohort (multiple weeks) Members pay a reduced rate per event; prices are by family. We will open a few tickets for single events for families who would like to try out a Seedlings event before commiitting to a seasonal membership.

It is important to us that all families who wish to participate in Seedlings are able to do so, please reach out if you are interested in our programming, but feel financially restricted.
