About this Event
Join us for the next DMV Real Estate Investment Club meetup on Tuesday, October 20th from 6:30-8:30 PM.
This quarter’s theme is Finish the Year Strong: Deals, Strategy & Investor Connections.
As we move into the final months of 2026, this meeting is an opportunity to connect with other investors, review real estate opportunities, exchange strategies, and build relationships that can carry into the new year.
Whether you’re actively investing, preparing for your first deal, looking for funding or partners, or simply growing your real estate network, this is an opportunity to get in the room, make useful connections, and build momentum going into 2027.
The evening will include:
• Open networking with local investors and real estate professionals
• A Q4 “Finish the Year Strong” check-in
• A featured presenter with timely insights for investors
• A focused educational session
• Pre-vetted real estate deal presentations and discussion
• Time to connect with potential partners, lenders, buyers, and other resources
Attendees may submit real estate investment opportunities for consideration before the meeting. Selected deals will be presented during the event.
