About this Event
Young people are influenced by many people beyond the classroom. Social workers, youth workers, community leaders, faith leaders, key workers, mentors, coaches, and other trusted adults all play an important role in shaping aspirations, building confidence, and supporting decision-making.
This event brings together influential members of the community who work directly with young people to explore how we can better support them in their education and career journeys. Through discussion, shared experiences, and practical insights, we'll examine the opportunities and challenges facing young people today and consider how trusted adults can help them make informed choices about their futures.
We recognise that career and education decisions are not made in isolation. By ensuring that those who support young people have access to up-to-date information, local opportunities, and strong professional networks, we can help create more positive outcomes for the young people in our communities.
