On the eve of her 60th birthday, let’s gather to honor her wishes for a PaRTy!
All friends and family of our Goddess are welcome. Stop by anytime or spend the day. Enjoy the park, play, eat, dance, sing, chant, do yoga, meditate, share stories, make art. Picnic style: bring all you need to participate and enjoy the day.
Schedule--------------------------------------
--6:45 am - Sunrise meditation, bring yoga mat, picnic blanket, cushions, lawn chairs...
--8 am - Art project, kicks-off and continues throughout the day, draw, write messages, sign your name, we’ll create a color-filled banner. Markers and banner provided.
--10 am - Yoga, bring yoga mat, blanket, etc...
--12 noon - Pot luck lunch, bring a dish to share, veg preferred. Drinking water onsite.
***BRING YOUR OWN reuseable plates, utensils, serving spoons, beverages, coolers.******
--2:30 pm - Hug healing
--3:30 pm - Sound bath, all sound makers are welcome to share their vibrations, bring your sounds or lie back and resonate.
--4:30 pm - Kirtan, bring your acoustic instruments, sing, chant, dance, enjoy the vibrations as the sun sets.
******Times are approximate and subject to change.
Accoustic music welcomed throughout the day. Flowers also welcomed.
