Event Summary

Today’s workplace brings together multiple generations, each shaped by different experiences, expectations, communication styles and perspectives. While those differences can sometimes create misunderstandings, they can also be among an organization’s greatest strengths.

Join the DEN Center of Equity & Excellence in Aviation (CEEA) Speaker Series for Generation “THEM”: Navigating a Multigenerational Workforce, an engaging and thought-provoking session led by generational diversity expert Kristin Scroggin.

This highly regarded presentation explores the “why” behind each generation’s unique perspectives and provides practical tools for building stronger understanding across generations. Through humor, real-world examples, and actionable insights, participants will explore generational norms, commonly held beliefs, communication preferences, and approaches to feedback.

Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to navigate generational differences, strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and contribute to a more connected and collaborative workplace.
