CE Class - Appraisal 101: Includes New Appraisal Report Format (General)

The new appraisal report format (required to be used for all loans on Nov 2) will be presented. Agents will also learn how an appraiser chooses comps and establishes the market value of a property. Strategies for effectively dealing with common appraisal problems will be addressed. Agents will learn how unique property features such as solar will affect the appraisal.

This CE class is instructed by Ryan Halldorson with VIP Mortgage and is open to ALL agents from ALL brokerages!
