About this Event
The Cathedral Concert Series is honored to present Knoxville Opera's Voices of Valor, a powerful Veterans Day concert honoring the service, sacrifice, and stories of America’s veterans at the Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus in Knoxville.
This special community concert features the distinguished U.S. Army Chorus, alongside Knoxville Opera’s military chorus and soloists, Military Voices of East Tennessee (MVET), and the Tennessee Wind Symphony, for an inspiring evening of music and remembrance. Blending the grandeur of opera, the richness of choral music, beloved patriotic favorites, and treasured works from the American musical tradition, the program celebrates the courage, resilience, and humanity of those who have served our nation. Through the unifying power of music, Voices of Valor offers an opportunity to honor veterans, remember their sacrifices, recognize their families, and express our collective gratitude to all who have answered the call to serve. Audiences are invited to gather in the Cathedral’s magnificent sacred space for a moving musical tribute to the men and women whose service has helped shape our nation's story.
