Come and join us for fitness session routed in the sounds of Caribbean. We will be dancing along to feel good reggae music.
All abilities welcome 🙏🏾. Over 14s only.
Remember to bring a bottle of water, wear comfy footwear(pumps or trainers) and the most important thing to remember is this is about us having fun and not being afraid to express ourselves through music and movement.
