About this Event
The Wellways Carer Gateway In-Person Peer Support (IPPS) program provides an opportunity for you to meet other people who are also caring for a family member or friend. Together, we will share knowledge and experience in a supportive setting while also strengthening skills in communication, making and maintaining connections, stress management, sleep, and recharging and reconnecting.
Sessions will be held fortnightly from 10am - 12pm on Tuesdays starting from 14th July to 6th October 2026. Carers are encouraged to attend all sessions to get the most out of the experience.
No group on the 8th September 2026.
