Join the Central West Ontario Health Team (CW OHT) Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) for a FREE special gathering dedicated to recognizing and supporting caregivers in our community.
Hosted by William Osler Health System, this year's event theme is based on Rosalynn Carter’s message that caregiving is a nearly universal experience: "We may be caregivers, need a caregiver, or anticipate caregiving in our future."
This event will provide caregivers with opportunities to connect, share experiences, and access valuable resources. Explore a variety of exhibitor booths, enjoy light refreshments, and connect with others in a welcoming community atmosphere.
Speakers include:
- Shrid Dhungel, Regional and Project Lead, Community Engagement with the Ontario Caregiver Organization
- Gurwinder Gill, Health Equity and Cultural Care Specialist
There will also be an engaging wellness activity and screening of a film!
Together, we will celebrate the vital role caregivers play while offering tools and supports to help them continue their important work with resilience and compassion.
